What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

Make daily customer follow-up calls
Update order statuses in Google Sheets
Build trust and reduce order cancellations
Coordinate with delivery agents
Use WhatsApp for customer communication

What We're Looking For

Ghanaian woman, fluent in English + Twi/Ga/Ewe
Not a student or currently employed full-time
Access to a laptop
Available 7:30 AM - 5 PM daily
Confident speaking with strangers
Self-motivated and results-driven

Commission-Based Compensation

Monthly Commission: Up to GHC 1,000 (based on delivery performance)

Performance Bonus: GHC 100 (when targets are met)

Call Time Allowance: GHC 120

Total Earning Potential: Up to GHC 1,220 / month

How You Earn

This is a pure performance role. The harder you work and the more orders you successfully convert into deliveries, the more you earn. There is no fixed base salary—your commission grows with your results.

Start Timeline

Selected candidates must be ready to start within 2-3 days of selection. Training and tools will be provided.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not someone who needs constant supervision. Your performance directly determines your earnings.
