What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

Make daily customer follow-up calls
Update order statuses in Google Sheets
Build trust and reduce order cancellations
Coordinate with delivery agents
Use WhatsApp for customer communication

What We're Looking For

Ghanaian woman, fluent in English + Twi/Ga/Ewe
Not a student or currently employed full-time
Access to a laptop
Available 7:30 AM - 5 PM daily
Confident speaking with strangers
Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation Structure

Month 1 (Trial): GHC 500 base + GHC 120 call allowance = GHC 620

After Trial: GHC 500 base + GHC 200 bonus (at 60% delivery rate) = GHC 700+

Start Timeline

Selected candidates must be ready to start within 2-3 days of selection. Training and tools will be provided.
